CONTACT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Advisor Station incorporates
Contact Relationship Management (CRM) functionality for the purpose of mining contact data and managing client & prospect
communications.
Once a given contact is advanced to the status of a viable "prospect" or "client", all relevant data
is migrated into Advisor Station's Client Profiler to assist with the advisory process. A customized version of SalesForce.com
is offered as a CRM option.
